The Information Communication Technology (ICT) System and Programs Division was established in early 2000 to fulfil the objectives of the National ICT Strategy and its vision “ICT for All.” The division works to implement projects in line with the ICT Strategy and represent Samoa at regional and international ICT Workshops. The ICT experts are committed to developing ICT in Samoa, giving Samoans access to, awareness of and skills in ICT. The division also provides secretariat functions for the Digital Transformation Council which is chaired by the Prime Minister.
